Account & Data Deletion

At Walleto, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your transactions, budgets, and account settings will be erased and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through the following methods:

1. In-App Request

The fastest way to delete your data is through the app:

  • Open Walleto and go to Settings.
  • Tap on Security & Privacy.
  • Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

2. Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can send an email to our support team:

Email: bytesynctech@gmail.com

Please use the email address associated with your Walleto account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Data Retention Policy

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  • Permanently delete your profile and authentication data.
  • Remove all transaction history, budgets, and synced accounts from our servers.
  • Process the request within 48-72 hours.

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or to prevent fraud, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
